Who are we?
The Glasgow Food and Climate Declaration was drafted in partnership between international networks of subnational governments, UN agencies, and non-governmental organizations working on food systems and climate change in collaboration with local and regional governments. It was formally presented on November 6, 2021 during the UNFCCC COP26 in Glasgow and will seek to continue influencing international climate change negotiations in 2022 and beyond.
The International Panel of Experts on Sustainable Food systems (IPES-Food) serves as the permanent contact points for all signatory cities, partners and, stakeholders through its Secretariat team.
